What’s included?

• A certified Pilates, Barre & Yoga instructor with 6+ years of experience as a Fitness Instructor

• A custom 45 minute Pilates, Yoga or Barre class tailored to all experience levels

• A customized playlist with music tailored to your group and a speaker system to play music that fits the class and the company

• Matching premium lululemon mats to use for class. Let me handle the mats and the clean up!

• Custom Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge scented cold towels for a post class refresher.

• Photos and videos of your experience - I’ll take the content and get it over to you so you can enjoy the class and be in the moment!

Flat Fee: $300 (1-10 Participants)

Flat Fee: $350 (11-15 Participants)

Flat Fee: $400 (16-20 Participants)

Travel Fee: $50 for travel over 20+ miles from Rochester, NY.
